I was disappointed that there was not a coffee maker in the room, every hotel we've stayed at in recent years have that amenity. Also, the tile floors (bathroom & entry areas) were quite dirty, needed mopping. Only one water cup in the bathroom, my reservation was for 2 occupants. The check out staff was not able to speak clear English, and getting a final receipt for our bill was difficult. I am still watching my credit card statement, as the charges that have shown up so far do not correspond with the reservation price I made.

They gave me a room that was not messy. Then they transferred me to another room that was better. I saw sketchy people sitting on staircases looking high, tweaking and screaming. Doors need maintaining.

The window was cracked and room extremely dirty with bugs and dirty on floor. Ice machine had bugs in it. I would like a refund or credit. The worse place I ever stayed and we were in town for my daughter’s graduation from Full Sail University.

Had an emergency and could not stay. Stayed 10 minutes got an emergency phone calm and had to leave. Employee said not his problem call Expedia. Have been trying to call getting the run around. No phone to answer correctly.

I am requesting a refund. I took a video of the room and it was completely disgusting. Not only did I get switched to two rooms since the first door didn’t even open. The second room I was switched too the light switches also didn’t work
