Absolutely disgusting

Checked in and key for room wrong... back to front desk and had to wait 45 min for the guy to come back... this is at 1am... went to next room and key worked and there was a sock on the bed... contact in sink and stains everywhere

Great staff, pretty nasty room

We were nervous staying here and left a night early. It’s very old/run down, half the time to keys didn’t work, and the room wreaked of old sour bleach. On the upside, the staff was amazing, super helpful.

Where do I begin, upon entry on my third floor room, the elevator was broken then a roach was by the bed. The sheets had stains and everything looked old and smelled moldy. The chair in the room was covered in gray dust. DO NOT go here, the price isn’t worth it. Let me stick to Marriott or Hilton smh

NO Management !!!

Ive stayed in allot of poor hotels, but this one takes th cake.. Dirty, poorly maintained, th people next to us had to slam their door numerous times to get it shut--our door had something dragging on th bottom. My wifecwas afraid to sleep on the bed and pointed out several dirty places and dried food on th floor on a few places. Smelled bad, TV didn't work, low signal on WiFi, etc.. I'll write a book if I continue, but I think you get it.

I told the manager about my situation between the school and me walking and they was ok with it, until the new worker was being rude and disrespectful and told me to get my stuff and leave. She said that the manager didn't leave a note on the desk but I talked to 3 different people and they said it was ok
