PESIMO HOTEL

Servicio de limpieza: Solicitamos en varias ocasiones que se realizara el aseo de nuestra habitación, pero nunca se atendió nuestra petición. Esto resulta inaceptable, especialmente considerando que se trata de un servicio básico que se espera en cualquier establecimiento de esta categoría. Resort Fee: El cargo adicional por el "resort fee" no justificó de ninguna manera los servicios que se ofrecieron. No solo fue innecesario, sino que no proporcionó ningún beneficio evidente para nosotros como huéspedes. Desayuno de baja calidad: El desayuno que se ofrece en el hotel no solo es caro, sino que además tiene una calidad muy inferior a lo esperado. No corresponde en absoluto al precio que se cobra, lo que fue otra decepción durante nuestra estancia. Fallas en las cerraduras y llaves: Durante nuestra estadía, tuvimos que solicitar el cambio de llaves en cuatro ocasiones debido a fallos en las cerraduras de nuestra habitación. Esto causó una gran incomodidad y retrasos innecesarios. Falta de toallas y retiro de basura: En ningún momento trajeron toallas limpias a nuestra habitación, ni retiraron la basura, a pesar de que ambos servicios fueron solicitados. Esto demuestra una total falta de atención a los detalles. Estado de las instalaciones: Además, encontramos muebles que no cerraban correctamente y la alfombra de nuestra habitación estaba sucia, lo que afecta considerablemente la calidad de la estancia. Por parte del gerente, solo recibimos disculpas y ninguna solucion.

The hot air didn’t work when we got there, the room was freezing , the temp outiside was 35 F , there were a lot of hair inside the shower , very disgusting, the black outs were broken … for the price is not good and they also charge a resort fee … it needs TLC

Information

The stay wasn’t terrible but definitely had some issues. The location although right off the main road, was poorly lit at night, gives a foreboding feeling when driving to it after dark, and didn’t seem inviting. Check in was ok, even with the virtual kiosk. The door jamb to my room had signs of previous damage, and although worked as it should, was concerning. There was a virtual bartender, which is cool, however, there was no microwave in the room…(virtual bartending technology but can’t get a microwave?). And on the subject of microwave, the community microwave in the hallway past the bar on an unravel piece of furniture was a nice touch. I am not sure if this is a new Wyndham property or what, however, we were in room 129 and that hallway had the loudest “guests” who appeared to be living there and were extremely noisy through the early morning hours.

I’ve stayed at many Wyndham hotels and I was disappointed in this one. Bathroom door did not lock or close and no exhaust fan inside. Lighting in room was only reading light above beds. Walls must be super thin because you heard noise in hall and next rooms. No microwave in room. Would not stay here again.

The rooms are small and the bathroom is too. In addition, the walls are not soundproofed. The neighbor in the next room made noise at night, talking loudly and yelling at his child. In addition, all the smells from the next room were transferred to ours. We slept and woke up to a very strong smell of perfume from the neighbor next door. The room does not have windows that can be opened, which makes it difficult for the air to circulate, so that the smell could escape. In addition, the hotel charges a resort fee in the winter, which I do not think is fair, since no one uses the cold pool in the winter. I do not recommend it. We had a bad experience on my birthday.
