Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Slept very well! The only thing was that the room service for some housekeeping (towels and other) were a bit lacking. Customer service a bit slower than would have liked. Overall good no frills hotel.

Upon checking in ( forgot to get her name) . The front desk woman(African American) was fantastic and so friendly, provided restaurant suggestions and nearby shopping. Saturday morning my daughter and I went down for breakfast at some point after going back up to room my daughter realized she couldn’t find her purse after searching in room and our luggage to no avail. I decided to go back downstairs and look around, went to front desk and gave description. After giving description the purse had been turned in by staff who cleaned tables. Everything in purse was intact. We were so thankful. Excellent service from everyone there.

Nice hotel for kids! Rooms were nice, had a small shop and game room! Really pretty hotel. The only bad thing was the pool IT WAS FREEZING! Even being in it for a little didnt help like it normally does, it was horrible even on the hottest day that we were there that pool was just toooo cold & the bar…the drinks were $15-$17 just for one & it tasted like i was drinking straight juice! But other than that I would recommend this hotel.

Overbooked

Hotel overbooked and we did not get the room we booked months in advance. Hotel staff was unapologetic about the situation. Because of their location they have a take it or leave it attitude. Won’t be booking here again.

The hotel was clean and modern, the bed was comfortable, the pool area was well kept and we thoroughly enjoyed the games and space in the courtyard area. The restaurant was excellent and Luis at the front desk was extremely helpful.

Front desk personnel were very informative and pleasant. Hotel is clean and we felt safe going from car into hotel. The 2 drawbacks were that our exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. It was reported the first day and I assume they could not get it fixed while we were there. After each shower we had to sit it out so mirror could be used. We did request 2 bottles of water, they just never delivered them. Otherwise it was a good stay.
