The hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. It is right off a busy street and the windows are old they obviously were not replaced in the remodel so you hear everything. When the bars let out at 2 A. M. get ready to hear the cars revving. Next time I'd try another downtown option.

Front desk person checked into the wrong room purposely, because she said I didn’t need the sofa bed. However I pre paid. Upon request we were switched rooms, and she purposely gave us the worst location.

Staff was very hospitable, clean, quiet area and not much traffic even though it is downtown. Us not knowing the area JJ the shuttle bus driver very cordial and dropped us off right in the middle of church st. Station where there are a bunch of restaurants and bars next to the arena. We will be back.
