We stayed here the night before our flight out of Orlando. The hotel was clean, staff was lacking, and the 5:30 am shuttle we had signed up for the night before ended up being late by about 10 minutes, then full when it showed up due to a break down in another van multiple days before. The driver had gone to another hotel first instead of ours. He stopped in front, got out, opened the van door to show us he was full and then took right back off. We had an 11 month with us and had to scramble to get Ubers to get to the airport.

Bathroom toilet was not flushing properly and requested a plunger, was told I needed to come to the front desk and get it myself. It was very embarrassing having to walk up the steps, having others look at me carrying it to my room and then bringing it back to them. They could have brought it to me to my room or have one already in the bathroom and not go through the embarrassment of walking with the plunger. Second my credit card was charged $50 for security without them telling me first of it. Had to go to the front desk to ask why they changed my card. Lack of communication and service. Will not be returning to this hotel again. Very disappointed.

Room was in perfect condition with adjustable thermostat and full amenities - great hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner provided and I was able to get food delivered right to my room. Got a shuttle to the airport and free continental breakfast. Only drawback was I needed help with my bags and called the front desk, and was told there’s no one available. Then I saw 3 employees standing around chatting on my floor while I struggled to drag all my luggage to the elevator. They saw me and offered help- so I don’t fault them but front desk lady should have been more on the ball.

It was your typical hotel, nice bathroom. It's close to the airport so it's a little noisy with the planes. The room did smell quite musty and there was definitely signs of mold in the bathroom but I was too exhausted to argue for a new room for a one night stay on tbe last day of our trip. We just hung out at the pool as late as possible.
