Hotel is very nice quiet clean. The pool is gorgeous and we love our room. We love the little kitchen area we have.

Enjoy the close proximity to Old Town. Did not like that no one seemed to vacuum the hallway on the floor we were on. Also did not like the fact there were no towel holders in the bathroom. Just the 2 small hooks on the back of the door. Also did not like the fact that the shower head and shower door to get in were on different sides. You had to get in the shower and then go to the front to turn on the water and therefore got drenched with cold water before you could adjust the temp, of the water.

The reality is way different than pictures and reviews that were listed on the websites. The breakfast is terrible and very limited . The building is very old and stinky. The elevator is slower than turtle. Rooms are very old fashioned like from 70s or 80s. No kitchen at all and the portable refrigerator barely works. The corridors smell smoke and dirt. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and makes lots of noise. I guess the location is ok but it didn’t help us to feel better.

Liked nothing - ok the lady who checked us in was nice. There must be bogus "good" reviews on this property because that's how we picked it and we were totally disappointed. Room: carpet dirty and stained, 1/2 roll of toilet paper, two tiny soaps, bed linens were worn and the pillows smelled like someone's greasy head! There is no housekeeping unless you ask for it. Didn't bother. Had to ask for more tp, Kleenex, towels and waited all day to get them. Food: The so-called breakfast was a joke. Tables not cleaned after use, over crowded, cold eggs and waffles. Food was not replenished, no fruit or yogurt. Trash everywhere. Oh did I mention that a kid threw up in the breakfast area and a staff member came and wiped up with paper towels! 2 elevators were small and very slow. I definitely would not recommend this place. Hey, on the bright side, parking was free and it was close to ESPN sports complex, the reason we were there.

I lovee the fact that it was close to stores and a walkaway from fun spot and old town. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Continental breakfast was always a plus. Check in was super easy and paying with cash was an option, i was very surprised. All and all i enjoyed my stay.

Employees at this hotel are the best. Property condition is not. Linen is old, damaged. Shower curtain was ripped. Everything is dirty, extremely dirty. Breakfast is not enjoyable. There is no enough food for the amount of people staying at the hotel. The location and the property could be a gem but needs investment and operational changes.

Beware of inflated reviews

Every floor has a strong odor, not sure how to describe it other than possibly a food smell. It is not a clean or chemical smell. The elevator had something spilled in it and the floor was sticky, it was never mopped up and we were there 4 nights. Breakfast was complimentary but severely limited. There was a live roach in our bathroom. And the description should really mention that there is an amusement park 100 yards out of the front door. This includes an old wooden roller coaster than makes horrific noises all hours of the day and night. We chose this hotel because of the great reviews. I think these were made up by family and friends.
