An honest review from a large family
The customer service was amazing. Jay was super helpful letting us check in early after getting off of our cruise ship. The room fit our family great. The beds and bedding are comfortable. The downfalls were: there were a lot of little ants around the pool area that would crawl on you if you stood in one place for longer than a few seconds; the lighting in the room is a bit harsh and doesn’t offer lower lighting options (for around bedtime); the second floor was being renovated so we were not able to use the laundry because it was located there; and the traffic noise from the freeway was very loud when trying to sleep.

This was a convenient place to stay near SFB airport. Close to shopping, dining and fuel, also. Staff were courteous. Room was clean but a little dated; they are updating though.

Property was a great option for airline travel from Sanford Airport. They offer shuttle to and from airport and option to leave car for a reasonable fee. Only negative was traffic noise from nearby highway. Great value for travelers! Only problem was flights were at early and continental breakfast was from 6 to 10AM. It was your basic help yourself breakfast and over-zealous attendant there would not let us grab a muffin or touch anything until 6AM even though it was all out. Shuttle left at 6AM and we could not get anything!
