Everything OK. The hotel smells to humidity a lot and bad and for sure needs renovations. Other than that it is fine to spend the night. Still feel a bit overpriced but it is Orlando, so it is OK. I will not pay much more (for example disney or universal resorts to only spend the night) so this Comfort suites was good for us. Breakfast is average with scrambled eggs, sausage, coffee, cereal, etc.

Great value for the money

Great value for the location, shuttle service to the park, waffle maker and probably the pool and spa (but we didn't go swimming). No healthy options for breakfast (or normal condiments like pepper, hot sauce, or ketchup ...) and a tiny gym were sad but ok for the price. Will stay here again if we ever go to Universal Studios again though.

The staff was very pleasant and the property very clean. The property is very dated; the shower curtain was old and ripping apart, the hallway carpet a very distinct scent and could use a good shampooing/deep clean. It’s not far from several food options however and pretty well located despite being a bit hidden away.

Very poor quality.

We didn’t have toilet paper for two days, and they never changed the sheets or the towels we had. It wasn’t very clean, never mopped or cleaned up the floor. The fridge in the room made a loud noise that wouldn’t let us sleep at night.
