We thought our room was dirty. We requested new sheets because the sheets on our bed were dingy looking. The new sheets also looked dingy. The towels also looked dirty. We only stayed one night as we were passing through the area. I would not stay there again.

We arrived at our vacation stay at night. The hotel did not have our requested crib ready. Only one of the key cards was activated correctly, causing confusion and we ended up getting locked out briefly because of that. The beds are double beds and very hard. Not comfortable at all. The room had a musty smell. The breakfast was very plain, boring, not good at all. Very few options for breakfast. The small room where breakfast is served is very hot. Uncomfortably hot. The phone in the room doesn't work. When I asked maintenance about it, they just said "It hasn't worked in a while". It was not fixed while we stayed. I would not recommend.

It was not clean, found mold on my pillow. Website said it was beachfront it was not also said there was a restaurant it was closed. Shuttles for Disney was not what I expected couldn’t bring stroller and times were not convenient at all. The pool was dirty. Overall the hotel is run down and as a Canadian I would rate this hotel as a 2 star motel.

We will not stay here again!! The building needs a lot of upkeep in general. The floor in our room was greasy feeling. We were put in a handicap room which we did not book or need. The shower only had a hand held option. No option for a regular shower so the floor was soaked because the hand held did not stay in place. We could not reach the toilet paper from the toilet. The sink was so close to the toilet. The beds need replaced due to being worn out. Stained sheets, stained towels, and the room stunk.

This property did not have anything that a normal hotel would have to be charged a resort fee. The breakfast was a hot continental breakfast but very basic compared to an actual resort style breakfast. The restaurant on site was no longer a thing and the property condition needed some care. The 2 beds were a small queen size with an additional bunk bed for the kids. Best accommodation for a family of 6 but the beds need to be upgraded along with the fitted sheets (ewe) a no go for a resort! They kept falling off! The bathroom was very small, tiny sink and exhaust fan makes for a very humid room in the middle of December. We had to complain about not having any hot water for showers for it to be turned on. That shouldn’t happen for a sold out hotel. Nothing about this hotel gave a “Resort” vibe to charge a fee.

This place needs a complete redo. Paint does not hide an aging facility. The room was not a warm and inviting place. They gave us a room that was not even ready at 5pm. Had to wait 25 minutes to get another room. They are not organized and check ins take way longer than they should. None of used the shower.
