Hotel is very dated, but for the price, it wasn't bad. Bed was VERY worn out. But again for the price, it met my expectations. Staff were very friendly and very helpful! Decent breakfast with hot options which is always a huge plus for my family. When on a budget, would stay again!

The people next door to our room were extremely loud having a party at 1:00 in the morning. The internet connection wasn’t working and the majority of the Spectrum channels were out and the ones that were working, were hit or miss, then would go out completely. Called the front desk and was told there wasn’t anything that could be done about it. Was told it was probably due to the storm (not raining AT ALL). Knew that wasn’t true because the same thing was happening the month before (told them about it upon checkout then). Checked out a day early.

a hotel in very bad condition the key to open the door did not work, the 2-level bed was damaged and dirty, the towels were dirty, it smelled damp, there were cockroaches, the pillows were in bad condition and my stay was for 2 nights and I only stayed one night and when I went to the lobby to complain the owner wanted to kick me out and called the police just because there was another woman complaining about the same thing and we started talking and he told me that I had to stay quiet and called the police it is the worst hotel I have ever been to you should remove it from these pages.

Stayed here 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend. For reference, we are two adults with no kids. Pros of this hotel: 1. Close to Disney World. It's a 15 minute drive or less to any Disney park. 2. Breakfast is free and they have Mickey waffles :) 3. If you're out late and need something quick and cheap to eat, McDonald's and Denny's are right next door. Cons of this hotel: 1. Some of the door handles were misintalled and no one knows which rooms they are. If you think you're locked out of your room, try pulling upwards. 2. The bathrooms are comically small. Barely any room for two petite adults. (For reference, we are 5'4 and 5'8, ~135lbs each). 3. You may decide you want to use the hot tub at the end of a long day and find that the hot tub only fits a maximum of 5 people and it's currently being occupied by a group of 7. Bummer, but you can always just take a swim in the pool, right? See point #4. 4. The pool deck was littered with dirty wet towels and empty drink bottles, and the pool had a plastic side table floating in it. We were afraid to take our shoes off for fear of taking home 11 different diseases as a souvenir. We went upstairs and took a bath in our dollhouse sized bathtub instead. TLDR; if all you need is a hot shower, clean bed and hot breakfast, this place is fine. If you want more than that out of your hotel experience, you may want to look elsewhere.

Staff was great and breakfast was delicious. Beds were very hard and property needs work! Ceiling was coming down in hallway on ground level, building needs pressured washed or repainted.
