Got here at 330pm for 4pm check-in. Was told room was clean waiting on inspection so wouldnt be long. At 4pm had not gotten a call to say room was ready. Went back in and she said still waiting. She did call and rush since i asked why not ready at 4pm. Then I was told the water resort closed at 5 but the hotel pool and hot tub are open till 8. So didnt get to take my daughter to the water resort which is why i picked this hotel. Then went down at 8 to ask for second time for extra blanket. Took two requests and total of 2 hours to get the extra blankets. Got a drink and found out the water resort part was open till 8 not 5 like lady that checked me in said. Tv loses signal..so couldnt watch tv when up in room. Want to come back because i know my daughter would love the water resort part but feel like not best communication / service.

Upon checking in I texted resort stating we would have a late check in as our flights were delayed. We arrived about 1am. Our son was hungry and we purchased a $6.00 cup of Ramen Noodles and some soda's. There was no utensils, no microwave in the Market. Went up to our room, no microwave in there as well, I remembered that the reservation did state that there was a community microwave. I went back down to the front desk to ask about getting some utensils and a where the microwave was located. Staff member said they didn't have utensils, but he could send a microwave up to our room. I said don't bother because if there are no utensils how would he eat is soup? I asked him why would you let us buy food, knowing there are no utensils available. He said we don't own the market, it an outside vendor. Well in my opinion this represents your resorts, seems silly to offer frozen foods, microwavable foods when there is no means of heating up / cooking the food and no utensils. Staff member delivered microwave anyway about an hour later. Our room was less desirable, no chair at the desk. Bathroom sink was cracked. The bedding was dingy, the pillows were flat or lumpy. I don't think the floor was ever mopped. Our son wore his white socks 1 night, his socks were so very dark black dirty. Staff was very nice, especially in the breakfast buffet

This is a run down motel, I’m not sure why it’s listed as a resort. This was the worst experience I have ever had roaches everywhere. My children are asthmatic which are allergic to Roaches and when my cousin called to complain the manager Stacey didn’t really care. She did not care about anything honestly. She did not accommodate us the way she stated. Shower heads didn’t work, spiders, ROACHES, were everywhere. Fridge didn’t work, we asked for a microwave, microwave was broken. There was hair everywhere I’m Assuming from the cleaning ladies who had their hair down instead of up. Worst customer service ever. The List goes on. DO NOT STAY HERE! False advertisement of their facility

Location is great. Fun water park. Beds are not comfortable and the breakfast buffet is not good. Staff and cleaning crew is nice. It's not the greatest but not the worst either. If you're on a budget and is traveling with kids, this place is a good one to book. Many food options outside the hotel. Again, the buffet at the hotel is not good.

The rooms were a little outdated but very clean. The hotel does not have comforters on the bed, only sheets with a very thin blanket. When we asked for additional blankets we were placed on hold (laid the phone down) and could hear another guest arguing with the front desk representative. He never picked the phone back up. Needless to say we didn’t get any additional blankets.
