My son, granddaughter and I stayed at this property during Hurricane Milton. We were impressed by the staff who were friendly and made every effort to be accommodating. They even had karaoke and opened the covered pool for the kids. They turned a bad situation around for us all.

The room was good. But the room needs updates new lamps new furniture. Light fixture in bathroom also needs to be replaced. The bathtub needs new stopper and when you turned on water shower comes on it won't shut off.

They changed me to three rooms because all the rooms were nasty The last room they gave me had mold on the wall, water park nice for the kids but I wouldn’t recommend any one to stay there

I had an amazing experience at Coco Key. Great customer service and facilities. Only thing I would change is the bathroom our a bit outdated. Could use a more modern look.
