Older property that appears to have been renovated. Convenient to all the major amusement parks. Room was small but clean. We did not use any of the recreational facilities, restaurants or shuttles. The pillows were harder than we like and the housekeeping staff had very loud personal conversations outside our door at 7am, so no sleeping in. Overall, it was a good value for the money and we will probably stay here again

Door didn’t lock, room was damp smelling

Room was very dark and damp smelling. We got there after 10pm and when we tried to call reception the phone wouldn’t work. We were too tired after travelling all day to walk 3 buildings over to reception. The next morning we were due to meet someone for breakfast off site, that’s when we realized our door didn’t lock. When I called the desk on my cell phone through a wifi app (we do not have a us phone plan) they said they could put in a work order but couldn’t tel us when it would be fixed. We ended up just packing everything and putting it in the car. Poor customer service.

Liked most of the place, disappointed that the bathroom was not in the best of shape. Wall paper torn off the wall, floor grouting looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years, fridge making noise all night. The rest of the room was fine.

This is our second stay here. The staff are very friendly, courteous and efficient. The Property is attractive and well kept. The rooms are comfortable and with good amenities. My only real complaint was that the WIFI was spotty and sluggish, probably a bandwidth problem, as this generally was a problem during peak hours. The transportation was convenient, but the buses were a little on the old and tired side, one of which the AC was in bad shape. But I would definitely give a big thumbs up to this hotel. We will be back again next year if not sooner
