The hotel itself was nice enough, but we had some problems at check in and the staff was not interested in helping me find a solution. Thankfully Expedia was very helpful and I ended up with one person at the desk who was kind and interested in helping us check in. At dinner, we asked the waitress to charge our credit card and she added it to the room which we specifically told her we did not want done. Be sure you have your room key with you to exit the property because you can't get out of the parking lot without it. We will stay somewhere else next time we are in the area.

This has been the best traveling experience we have ever had. The staff are amazing, the facility is clean, always smells wonderful, pool area is gorgeous (a little crowded on weekends), restaurant options on property are great. Convenient to sea world and convention center and the concierge was incredibly helpful with booking Disney tickets. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!!!! We will absolutely be back next year!!!

This is an amazing place to stay. My only complaint is that you have to pay $30 for parking and $100 per day for a security deposit. The staff was amazing and very pleasant. The Starbucks inside you can order ahead some hotels have Starbucks but you can't order ahead.
