I went to pre check in at 9 am. I went to make my activities and when I came back they moved me to another hotel saying that they was fulll and my reservation was prepaid and also it was all told when I pre check that all was k. And I needed at late night hours to ove my bags and load and unload again. Very bad.

This was our second time staying at the Buena Vista and we loved it. The hotel staff is friendly, rooms are clean, and the hotel smells delightful when entering. Plus the location is perfect with a close proximity to everything. We will definitely return again.

Overall, we thought Buena Vista Suites was a great value! Pros: -Free shuttle to WDW (they provide you a QR code upon check-in where you can make reservations) -Free breakfast -Great location and close to parks -Friendly staff -Clean rooms Cons: -Beds were not very comfortable (pillows were great!) -Very limited shuttle options to Disney Springs -Breakfast was the same every day - scrambled eggs, potatoes, breakfast sausage. We were hoping for bacon! Coffee was burnt.

Excellent hotel

We really enjoyed our stay. Our suite was roomy for 2 adults and one child. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were all kind and friendly. Would stay here again. They do put a hold of $150 on your card until the end of your stay.

Very nice facilities, on site pizza shop was great, breakfast area is amazing! Getting in and out of the parking area can be a challenge depending on time of day traffic. Convenient gas station across the road, and a souvenir shop! I would stay here again!

Personal needs to solve problems not make problems

Personel needs to be more friendly and try to solve problems rather than just give a No answer. The breakfast was good although was the same every day. Just one lift working so in the morning you have to wait around 10 minutes to use the lift. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Plenty of parking so no problem in parking.

Unfortunately, if it hadn't been for the front desk associate, Nelson, I would have given this hotel a higher grade. Our son fell ill on the trip and had to miss his last day at Disney (passes are not cheap); on the day of the flight out, I explained to Nelson that our flight did not leave until 7 pm and had asked if we could have a courtesy late check-out so that our son could go would not have to sit in the Orlando airport for 7 hours with a fever and coughing, etc. He said all he could do was "offer a noon check-out" and that if I were to check out at 3 pm, "a $75 charge would automatically be incurred." Mind you, this hotel was listed as an Expedia 'VIP Access'? Nelson did not make us feel like VIPs at all. We were disappointed in Nelson's lack of empathy and customer service, knowing that we lost the money we spent on the Disney pass since our son could not go. In this situation, he could have overridden the late check-out fee and made an exception for what we had to deal with that day at the airport with our son. Because Nelson handled this situation in the manner that he did, we will not stay at this hotel EVER again.
