Great Location!

Great location to all area attractions! Property is a little outdated and had some issues with the elevators. But, staff was very helpful and attentive.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and one of the owners of a condo on the 3rd floor lives on the property, plays his TV at full volume and the stench from their condo is like something has died in the condo. We talked with the front desk and they said there is nothing they could do because the owner is the problem!!! Never will stay on this property again.

We stayed for 7 nights in a one bedroom apartment. Unfortunately the apartment was very "tired" Handle was broken off the fridge. We had to wedge a piece of cardboard into the main door to stop it rattling in the wind. The TV remote didn't work properly and the bug guard on the balcony door was broken. Also the cooker had rust at the bottom and several areas were dirty. It's such a shame as the location and view over the lake are excellent. The apartment clearly needs a lot of money spending on it to bring up to an acceptable standard.

Roaches in the kitchen area,the faucet handle in the master bathroom is loose. The door knob in the master bathroom has a screw hanging out of it. At check-in, the lady told us that we could call and see if our room was available an hour later so we called an hour later. The woman was very rude on the phone and said absolutely not. You have to wait till check in at four. She could’ve handled it differently, it was the first and only time we will ever stay here. We did like the location of it being close to everything and we enjoyed the pool and Lakeview

We will stay here again.

Spectacular views of Epcot which included their nightly firework show. Lots of room and comfortable beds. Downside Non working coffee maker and the washer dryer was on its last legs. No real response to reports of these minor problems.

Unfortunately not what it used to be.

Have previously stayed here on two occassions pre Covid. Property has certainly disimproved. A lot of the furniture was shabby and requires replacement. The property was not clean and suitable for guests. Cockroaches found in bedroom and bathroom.

Perfect place minus the furniture could use some updating

Place was amazing, beautiful view nice staff pool was awesome. Inly downfall was furniture could use some updating and we seen a few bugs un the room other than that absolutely perfect place for a family
