When I booked it had a airport shuttle when I arrived it did not so the cost of the airport shuttle to and from the airport was extra cost to myself

This property was not what was expected considering the brand. Paint fumes made it difficult to stay in the room and the property felt unsafe. After checking in we realise the paint smell and ask for a refund which was facilitated however we were left to look for new accommodation for out 5 days vacation which ended up costing more do this last minute booking.

The property was convient to the airport. The check in process was not so good, the room assigned was not ready (check in time is 3:00 and this was 4:30). We were assigned another room, that had someone still in it. The third room was fine, but the electronic keys were difficult to operate. One didn't work at all, and the other one took several turns to get it to work.
