Staff was very nice, the property is very clean and the room we stayed in was great. Free buses to theme parks was a huge bonus. The restaurant on site had good good and the waiter/bartender we had was awesome. The only two issues that kept it from five stars was 1.) They were doing renovations and we didn't know ahead of time so the pool and outdoor bar were closed, which were two of the main reasons we originally picked it. 2.) The on site store was closed during times it was advertised to be open. The staff explained it is run by a third party vendor but they should be considering a new vendor if they can't even do the bare minimum of being open.

They do not allow you to use the balcony, they have a device which prevents the door from opening more than several inches.

Stayed at this hotel years ago and my stay was exceptional. This time was not as great. My initial room was very nice. Only problem was the heater didn’t work. Turned it on when I first arrived. Three hours later and my room was freezing. It was near 60 degrees and dropping. I was switched to a different room and that room was just ok. Nothing special. The restaurant downstairs was just ok also as they were short staffed. My stay years ago was much better than my recent stay.

Only issue was the refurbishment of half the property which resulted in use of one elevator but other than that staff were GREAT & resort and room were very clean
