An alright stay
Cleaners never cleaned our room for all 3 days we were there, and on our checkout day cleaners proceeded to knock on our 3hrs before checkout time to wake us up so they could clean. Besides that the stay was alright for the price, not as nice as the other Avanti that is closer to the convention center.

After the negative reviews on this property we were very nervous about our stay. Turned out very good. Pool area was super fun great music friendly guests and fun environment. Rooms were big clean and good for families. Staff could have. Been more professional at the front desk. It was clear they were interested in anything other than doing the bare minimum.

They do not have enough stuff for check-in. The weight was close to a half an hour….just standing in line. Check out is at 11 AM. Our flight is very late in the day and I asked for a little more time, the worker I talked to said no because they are sold out… it does not seem very full here at all! Not very happy with this stay overall.

Rooms were decent but hard to get into and had to scan key card multiple times to get in. The pool and hot tub were honestly the best part about our experience. Most of the staff was helpful but there were a few with bad attitudes or miscommunicated a few different things. Drinks at bar were really pricy and Starbucks wasn’t open everyday so we didn’t get to go. Breakfast was not included in our stay which was kinda a bummer. I did have a stunning view tho. Not most worst stay but not my best.
