Hotel was at a very convenient location and has an amazing pool! However the hotel room was a bit too small and guests in other rooms were very inconsiderate being very noisy, slamming doors, kids playing ball after midnight into the hours of the morning, front desk didn't answer when we called neither was there a security to alert as the Hotel fully states quiet time 11pm to 7am

I was impressed with the pics online but upon check In, it was totally wrong. The hotel overall was very dirty outside the perimeter plus the room was dirty. House keeping/linen/towels was upon request and it needed to be 24hours advance notice. We requested it once and they said “we will try”. It never happened. You can never get hold of anyone at the front desk or concierge. Upon checking in, the line was extremely long with only 2 employees. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

The stake house beside the building made it small great and the rooms were super clean but the heat didn’t work that’s the only downside

Feeling Disappointed
I have been staying at this hotel since 2013 and this was probably my worst experience. The room was more expensive than usual so I at least expected the same quality. My room was given to someone else (even though I tried to check in early and called to confirm that the room would be available for my late check in and was assured that it would be). We were given a room in the cheaper part of the hotel (not the tower) with 2 queens instead of the king that I paid for and were given no refunds. The TV remote didn't work, the towels were like sandpaper, and there were paint drops everywhere in the room (everything was just painted over instead of being refurbished and the painters left a mess behind). It was just a messy stay altogether. I will stay again simply because I know that it isn't usually like this but it was definitely a disappointing experience.

The property wasn't clean.The carpets had paper and trash all around.The property is outdated needs a upgrade. The toilet has a lingering noise when you flush.I stayed for three nights and was given a half of roll of tissue. I called the front desk three times asking for toilet paper.I never received it.I had get tissue from a housekeeper that was outside another room.It's to many other properties in the area to stay there.

The resort is close to many restaurants and gift shops, but our room did not get cleaned or serviced. When we have checked in the room the floor was still dirty and has not been swept. One of the staff was rude and did not allow a recheck in.

Nothing like the pictutes …
Ice machine was broken all week. Front desk staff was either “too busy to be bothered “ or uninterested in helping. They didn’t have the answer to any questions. Game room was down all week, unable to buy tokens. Requesting towels was a pain no help with luggage’s.
