Overall it was okay. The room was decent but a bit dirty in some places. Had to deal with a broken door handle which was scary at night. The floor in the entire room was sunken in around the area. There wasnt enough security for the door itself in the room. Staff was very polite but for future, I plan to stay somewhere cleaner and safer. Too expensive for the bare minimum.....

I have stayed at this hotel before and my previous experiences were much better than before. The deluxe room wasn’t deluxe at all, there was a lot of water build up around the bath and the room needed a paint job, however the beds were clean and somewhat comfy. We couldn’t get into the room as the door wasn’t working, we had to wait 15 minutes for maintenance to fix the door handle. Then the next day at 10pm in the cold the same thing happened and we waited another 20 minutes. The arcade was disappointing as most of the games were not working and were old, the prizes were crappy however my son made the most of it. The pool area was clean and the hot tub was good, I appreciated that. The food at the cafe was really good, their burgers are good size for the cost. The gym was the same as the arcade, two treadmills was not fully functional, one was completely down and TVs didn’t work. I still appreciated having a fitness cente lr option but it also need improvement as well as the overall property. The doors are thin, I could hear people through them. Next time I’ll book the palms location which is a better experience overall.

Noisy hotel right on the freeway. Housekeeping knocking on door early in the morning despite requesting not to be disturbed. Coffee bar was closed / broken. Electronic door lock didn't work late in the evening, maintenance had to use a blow-dryer in order to get the master key to work. I ended up leaving a day early because it was the worst hotel I have stayed at this year.
