NOT a 4 star hotel !
This is NOT a 4 star hotel! The room has a smell, A/C unit did not work properly and made a horrible noise, dust was falling off the the headboard on bed, hairs on floor, the beds literally had no support and you could feel the springs, the hairdryer was melted, sticky with greasy finger prints, and the paint was pealing off the walls. We complained, received a refund and went to the embassy next door.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful so check in was easy. The room was spacious and there was free parking which was nice. The hotel is on a strip of restaurants so there are lots of dining options a short walk away. What we didn't know if that you had to request maid service so nobody cleaned our room over the 3 nights we were there. Nobody told us. The air conditioning was also extremely loud. Our phone was broken and so was the safe. Someone came to fix the safe right away, but we had to ask 3 times before someone came to fix the phone. The floor was very dirty (although it didn't look dirty), but our white socks were black after walking on the floor. We asked for it to be cleaned on the 2nd day but it wasn't. It was too cold out to use the pool but my husband said it looked nice. Overall the hotel wasn't the worst, but I probably would pay more to stay somewhere nicer.

The pool is nice for families, especially for the price. The staff needs some serious training. I do not think customer service is a priority at all. The floor in the room was not clean. It felt like it had been months since it was mopped.

We literally stay for 16 days... it was so quite even tho it had a lot of ppl. I love it 😀 trust me my hubs and i will stay agian in the near future 💯 ty avanti Extended stays can be truly rejuvenating, allowing for deep relaxation. A peaceful environment, even amidst a crowd, is a rare and valuable find. The combination of tranquility and ample social interaction offers the best of both worlds. Returning to a place that offers such a unique experience is a testament to its charm. Creating lasting memories in such a serene setting is something to be cherished. Ty avanti

They did not have daily room cleaning unless you request it the day before. Even when requested, no one to clean the room. The room had a musky smell. The room is not in the best condition. Bed was ok.
