Choisi pour ses piscines et c'était très bien. Dehors mi septembre une piscine chauffée à au moins 80. Intérieur a coté du gym, 2 spas, une piscine plus fraîche, un sauna sec et dehors un grand spa. Expérience thermale donc incluse avec la chambre. Chambre de base avec divan lit très propre.

En général, c’était bien. Belle chambre, les lits étaient confortables. La vue est superbe! Par contre, l’espace des bains extérieurs devrait être remis à jour et mieux entretenu. La douche dans la chambre devrait être mieux lavée.

The check in staff we had was Audrey and she was amazing. Very helpful. There was 2 weddings and hockey teams there. Audrey made sure we were away from those guests. The restaurant was booked full and you could not get room service. There was no staff to help with luggage. Food is very expensive. $22.00 per person for a breakfast buffet.And it was nothing special. There was a fridge with freezer in the room but you could not get ice. If you wanted a hard bed this was the place. Hard as a rock. Will not book again.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits au Manoir afin de profiter des nombreuses activités de la région. La chambre était confortable et propre avec mini-frigo. On nous offre l'option avec ou sans le ménage durant le séjour. Le personnel est aimable et courtois. À part le paddle board, nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter des installations et activités sur place. Nous y retournerons lors de notre prochain passage dans la région.

Hotel has great potential for families, however, a little too run down for our comfort. We loved having easy access to so many on-sight activities, and the surrounding area is very beautiful. Super close as well to good restaurants and Magog. The only reason we wouldn’t return is because of the mattresses. We all came home aching from an uncomfortable sleep and considered shortening our stay because of that reason only.

Plusieurs installations semblent laissées à l’abandon. Rideau de douche sale et très usé. Séchoir à cheveux très vieux. Serveuse au restaurant incompétente. Pas de lait végétal pour les gens intolérants ou pour le café (du vrai lait POUR le café). Le café n’est vraiment pas bon. Une vraie machine à café serait à la hauteur, quitte à payer un supplément. Les employées qui font le ménage sont extrêmement sympathiques mais travaillent avec des vêtements beaucoup trop chauds, inadaptés pour les tâches ardues qu’elles accomplissent. 11 heures est trop tôt pour le départ. Midi serait mieux. Il n’y a pas assez de chariots à bagages. Svp, avisez vos clients avant qu’il y a un mariage sur place. Le bruit/musique du mariage était envahissant la nuit. Le climatiseur de la chambre est beaucoup, mais beaucoup trop bruyant.
