I have some pretty big complaints on this one, on Expedia from photos looks like rooms facing ocean with a full kitchen. We got a ground floor room that was a handicapped accessible room - with a view of the parking lot - under a set of metal stairs that clanged every time someone used them. My biggest complaint is there was NO DOOR ON THE BATHROOM!! What are you thinking? That’s honestly disgusting - travelling with a friend … that’s insane. Even for wheel chair access ( which I don’t need nor requested ) I’d personally think they might want some privacy with a DOOR !! And since I’m on a roll maybe a handicap parking stop infront? And maybe not assign them the crappiest room in your place under the stairs?? Photos do not reflect what you book, book and they decide where they are putting you… not cool. As far as rooms go and resort goes clean and looks pretty new , but this lack of ability to book and have photos show accurately the accommodations isn’t cool. Both of us have extreme food allergies and my search was with kitchen .. bar fridge and kettle did not work well.

We were very happy with our accommodation, great place to bring the grandchildren. They loved it. The only issue was the squeaking of the toilet door and the floor boards were very squeaky also. I mentioned it to the lovely receptionist when we checked out and she stated that they had only been looked at 3 months ago. I would like to suggest that the person/s who did this need to come back check again as you have paid for something that hasn't been rectified. Overall lovely place to stay, would recommend it to others. Regards Lena

We stayed in a unit on the water, it was beautiful. Highly recommended. So quiet, bed great. We would come back again in a heart beat. The new receptionist with long blonde hair was wonderful and an asset to the Eastcoaster. Friendly, professional and lovely.

Great amenities

A wide range of accommodation available. Property in very good condition. Indoor pool and spa, outdoor pool. Basketball and Pickle Ball courts all available for use. Great staff and customer service. Restaurant provided very good quality food and prices were very reasonable particularly breakfast. Will visit again.

We were thoroughly impressed by the facilities at Eastcoaster. The staff at reception and the restaurant were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for local spots to visit around the area and in our journey further north. The outdoor facilities were amazing, and our teenagers had a fantastic time enjoying them. The stunning water views from our cabin added a serene and relaxing touch to our stay, making it truly unforgettable.

Family of 4 kids enjoyed the basketball court and fishing on the jetty was fantadtic.tge main bedroom had no window's or a fan got very stuffy the bbq facilities were not clean the outside rubbish bins overflowing the indoor pool was cold the spa was warm but no jets working games room token machine took our money receptionist gave the number of owner so we could try get money back had dinner in the restaurant and unfortunately not a lot of wait staff so long wait for drinks i had the grilled salmon and it was a little overcooked kids had a parmi and a burger and they enjoyed theirs

Really enjoyed our one night stay, the rooms were spacious and very clean, only down side was the windows above wardrobe in the bedroom let too much light in the room early hours of a morning, a blind on them would help to elimate this issue. The restaurant was up to our standard and reasonable priced, the evening meals were nice and big breakfast spot on and great value.
