We checked in early and was told the room was clean. But when we got are stuff unpack and open fridge for a almost empty gallon of milk and that trash was not taken out and that towels hadnot be replace. We went and told housekeeping staff and gave the milk jug to her. We went down and told the front desk staff who did offer to habe staff go in and clran but we choose to not hVe them come in snd took xare of it. But did bring up towels forthe roo. After askong a second time. Staff was very friendly and helpful to try to make the stay better. Also on checking out spoke with manager who also help to make us feel valued

10/10 Will definitely be back again! We came for my birthday weekend and we were warmly welcomed and taken care of by the hotel staff. Breakfast was delicious and the options are very convenient. The saltwater pool is an absolute dream. Overall, an amazing stay on the coast.

Was just ok. Breakfast wasn’t impressive at all, not much for healthy options, the eggs and sausage were terrible. The facility is older which is fine but the pillows and beds weren’t great, Have stayed at less expensive places with much better facilities.

The only problem i had with this hotel was mainly the cleanliness. I walked into the hotel and it immediately smelt like feet, so i had to open the windows to air it out.The pool was nice, just a little dirty. My kids wore goggles and they saw a dead spider, and dirt spots. Also on the 2nd day we stayed there, we went to the pool in the morning and there was brown stuff coming up from the drain that they were draining. Stuff happens, but maybe close the pool for a couple hours to deal with that? Breakfast was pretty good. The muffins were stale, but other than that it was good. It was quiet in the rooms, and the staff were all very nice. Maybe they are just shorthanded.

Amazing, friendly staff! Check in was quick and easy. The property is very clean all around. We used the pool, love the seating areas, etc. The lobby has tons of items ypu may need throughout your stay. Loved the computers and printers available for itineraries and more. The room is large and the layout is great. Clean as well! Would recommend for sure!

Was disappointed that we didnt get hash browns and eggs. My friend and i (both in our 70s) tried to use pool and hot tub but had screaming kids there. Parent was not saying anything and we could not relax and enjoy it. Elevator broke, but stairs were okay. Dont know if we will stay there again.
