This hotel was not as nice as advertised. Pretty dingy. Definitely NOT the 4-star it was advertised as. This is barely a 3-star. Our room was right next door to the lobby and we did not get any sleep at all. We could hear guests coming and going until at least 2am. A call to the front desk only yielded an apology. We will not be back.

Great value, will stay again

Love the two bedroom suite! It's comfortable and spacious enough for 4 adults. The breakfast is a nice value, scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffles, toast, muffins, cereal, fruit, juice, and coffee. Next door to starbucks, minutes from the casino, and downtown Lincoln City.

Excellent amenities and location for the price. Great friendly and helpful staff. Only complaints/comments were subjectively that the toilet is too low, but I'm 6'4". Wife didn't seem to have an issue. Hair dryer and phone didn't work, but I let the staff know and they apologized and were going to take care of it. Didn't need the items, was just a convenience so no star reduction considering it was cheaper but almost $100 compared to equally equipped nearby locations. Breakfast was pretty basic, but included. If you wait until 8ish, they offer sausage or scrambled eggs on request. Pool and hot tub area are definitely older but water was clean and checked every day we were there. A bit heavy handed on chlorine but not more than a public pool. Fitness center was very nice with newer machines and variety of weights and options. Would stay here again for sure.

Unclean and outdated.

Our room was not clean upon check-in. There was hair in the shower, crumbs/dirt on the floor and the mattress cover had not been washed in some time. Was not notified upon check-in, and only found out on our 4th night when I asked, that housekeeping would not service the room at all unless requested. Room was two doors down from the pool and kids running up and down the hall screaming all the time. Cable/TV service kept going out. WiFi would not stay connected. AC was making weird sounds and windows don't open. Mini market in lobby didn't have anything to drink other than energy drinks or alcohol. Will not stay here again.

The room itself was great, but several of the reasons I booked the hotel were not clear up front. Hot breakfast and a casino shuttle were advertised, but I wasn’t sent a message until after booking and then checking in that these were only available on Saturday/Sunday. It was a bit disappointing, especially for a holiday weekend.

This hotel didn’t adhere to OHSA protocols, I fell in the shower and was taken to the hospital for hitting the back of my head and the severity.

We had small black ants surrounding the desk area the entire time we were there :(. Plus I recommend that the bedroom gets a much needed mirror! Either a full length mirror or a large rectangular mirror on the wall! Staff was amazing and the Deer walking through the parking lot were pretty amazing to see!! Thank you for a wonderful stay! I had to rate a 3 for property because of the ants.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The beds and rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was perfect temp . And the distance between the beach and the casino was perfect.
