Staff was great. The facility is older but well maintained for being directly on the coast. Nice having a resturant on site and a pool. You can rent dvds in the office. Fireplace in the room with balcony. Only issue would be the pigeons on the balcony and some droppings. I would for sure stay again

In need of remodel

Service was very good, friendly staff. Room was as clean as they could get it, but there was so much that was nasty about it. Stains in the carpet, shower had a very loud squeak when the water was on, rusty railings on the balcony, paint on the ceiling that was covering up repairs, dirty boogers rubbed on stuff, stains on the couch, the list goes on… I’ve stayed here twice and this experience was definitely better than last time, but they are in desperate need for some remodel/repair

The room was decorated nicely and mostly comfortable bed was great. No weatherstripping around door so 30degree weather comes right in making the room cold regardless of heater. We picked this place for the restaurant/bar and site and the pool and hot tub. When we checked in the pool and hot tub were broken ad the restaurant was closed for our entire stay! We weren’t notified of this by email at all. There was literally no incentive for us to stay here would have chosen a different place if we had been warned. No discount offered and staff at front desk couldn’t care less. We stay at the coast almost monthly in winter and weekly in summer and will never stay here again.

False advertisement since there was no hot tub

I went to that location because it stated hot tub but it was out of order! Bummed me out and the wife’s birthday that’s what she wanted a hot tub. Everything else was just fine

Receptionist was a little out of it and did not listen to me when I said my name. Kept saying a completely different name. Then thought I booked another location. Once I gave my drivers license found me. Room, I can tell has been updated a little with fresh paint and flooring. Biggest concern was that our room had not been used in a while as there was dust everywhere. I wiped the room down with a wet towel. It was nice to have coffee in the rooms with a Keurig. Only downside was there was only powdered creamer and when I went to the receptionist area they did not offer coffee there with creamer either. Little coffeemate creamers would be nice to have. Beach access was great. Pool was under repair. (Not a big deal as we were not swimming) Once we were ready to go to bed our neighbors next door were super loud. You can hear everything through the walls. They are not sound proof. Trucks need to have there own parking area as the parking lot is very tight. The bed was comfortable and did sleep well.

The property does not have proper heating. Rooms were cold. The restaurants heating was broken. They used space heaters that did not work. The pool and spa was closed. Staff was rude.
