The front desk and cleaning staff were extremely nice! We had super easy check in and out. The breakfast selections were simple but good, and there was fresh fruit and plenty of good coffee. The property is dated, but it was clean and quiet and served it's purpose for a few night's stay. The bed was comfortable, great in room coffee and cable tv. We parked directly in front of our room. A surprisingly good quality stay for a budget price.

It wasn't bad for an older place, but definitely needed an update - like curtains that close without being pinned shut.
I did not like the condition of the room, flooring was coming up causing trips and falls. There were undesirables knocking on doors looking for someone the breakfast was sparse at best..
I did like the location. And they were pet friendly.
Friendly staff at check-in and the next morning when we were having breakfast. The breakfast area is also their lobby area so no actual dining table. The people in the room next to us was a bit loud. It was a family with kids and a pet.
Staff was extremely nice & helpful; they even helped us explore Coos bay. Definitely would stay here again. Affordable, friendly, & they even let us check in early.
Very noisy location. First room they put us in smelled terrible of smoke. The lady checking us in was nice and apologized but we wouldn't stay there again
