Our favorite place to stay in Rockaway Beach! We got the room with the kitchen and it was great for our family of four! The kids loved the easy access to the beach! Easy process to get linens and things replenished! Staff is always friendly!

Great view. Nice beach access. Room is nice on the second floor. Wish would been on first floor .No balcony or elevator. Big window with ocean view . Great location.

Right on the Beach and close to everything. Took train along the coast and walked to get on. Only bad thing, smokers; they smoked too close to windows so couldn’t enjoy the ocean breeze and air.

When we booked, advertising through Expedia said there was pool and hot tub. There hasn’t been for several years. Stovetop in room didn’t not work well. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Older and kept up. Nice ocean view. Clean enough. No coffee in lobby, even with a coffee maker there, “coffee only in the summer “. No fitted sheet. Top sheet covering torn mattress cover, by morning sleeping on exposed old mattress.

I love that the beach is only a few steps away. Great view of the ocean from your room. Stayed here before and will stay here again. Easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants.

Cute getaway.

Good people in the office. Reasonable prices. Bed frame was broken so we had to throw the queen bed mattress onto the floor. Bathroom sink clogged up and was full of sediment. I had to do all my shaving in the tub like a peasant. I was there for my third anniversary and my wife was absolutely awesome about all of it. If any of the linens are messed up they charge a minimum of $50. Also they track every towel, so the only way I could get more towels was to give up the towels I had that were already used. Overall everyone was cool. I understand that things happen. I've stated a million hotels and motels so this was cute and right on the beach. Food is a little scarce so you want to do all your shopping before you get there. I'm hoping next time they have a different bed frame and a different sink for room 128.
