Room very clean, beds are comfortable, nice room view and big tv is a plus! Furnitures needs to be updated or replacement even the new company OYO took over. Was there last year. Breakfast okay.

I really enjoyed most of it. The only thing is that it's kind of noisy between the rooms above and around it makes a lot of noise especially when people open the door that goes on the upper parking deck. It does resonate a lot but besides this everything was great

We enjoyed our stay. The location is fabulous. The beach is at your doorstep and the views are breath taking. I stayed in the same room over 30 years ago. It’s nice because you can have your pet with you. Staff at the the front desk a friendly. The breakfast is basic and fills you up for the morning adventures. There are some good restaurants within walking distance so lots of options. We will definitly be back!

Unsatisfied customer service

One of the front desk employees was so rude when I was asking about cancelling my second night stay. She had no idea about anything. I notified the manager the next morning. And I didn’t get a refund for not being able to stay for my complete trip because of a family emergency. I do not recommend this hotel. Even though we’ve been staying here for years, this is the first time I’ve experienced such horrible service and accommodation for the reason I could not stay for my second night.

The hotel was located right on the beach and right next to Mo’s Restaurant and within a 3 minute walk to the Lincoln City Glass Center where we went to blow glass floats. The hotel is a little older, and does not have air conditioning, however it was clean and the beds were comfortable and with the window open and the ceiling fan on, the room actually got cold at one point which is how we like to sleep. The GM Branden checked us in and after dealing with a difficult couple ahead of us, he was still friendly and chatty and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at this hotel and both times were in pet friendly rooms. First time no issues. This time, our room smelled like wet dog. It was necessary to keep the patio door cracked open for fresh air and to have the overhead fan on constantly. I was also disappointed by the abrupt, rude and unprofessional behavior by hotel staff on several occasions including the manager. We will certainly reconsider staying at this property again.
