This property is falling apart, the pool and jacuzzi have mold growing on tiles, the water was pretty cloudy, nothing is clean , there are lots of flies. The sauna, steam room and gym are not in service. The ceiling panels are falling apart and they have buckets to catch the water in the lobby are. Some of the employees are nice. I wouldn’t recommend this Hotel.

We found your desk personel to be outstanding! Very professional, courteous, hard working & very conscientious. We appreciate that! The convenience of Mo's restaurant was a plus...food was great, and prices very reasonable. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner there, while watch the sun set.

One of the main reasons why I booked a place was because it had a gym. After I paid for the hotel, they sent me a message, saying the gym was closed and that they were doing a lot of work at the property. That should’ve been noted before I paid for the room.

Don’t waist your time .
This hotel is very old , but good central location , right on the beach . We had to change the room from first floor ( suite room ) due to air condition , smells like a mold . Bedroom’s window was completely looked , no fresh air . We moved to the room on the 5th floor with balcony , old , outdated . Too much money for this place . Swimpool area is old and look dirty , steam room did not work . New owners should territ down and build new one . Two family canceled their stay due to rooms conditions . We stayed cause of the kids , it’s hard to find something around last minute . Will never come back , will never recommend it .

the room was ugly,too noise ,the curtin with animals ,bathroom no clean at all ,the only good that has this hotel is the beach so close to hotel and rooms but the room doors and the room iyou can hear everything if the fly is in the area you can hear

We got 3 hours sleep due to other patrons slamming doors and total disrespect after hours. Loud conversations, kids, and drunks roaming the parking lot! Couldn't leave window open to cool room because of noise!!!

The room we were given (323) was adjoined to another room. The people talking and the dog barking in the other room sounded like they were in our room. I asked about this, at the front desk, and I was told that this is just how it is. At 3am I began to hear a loud dripping coming from the bathroom. When entering the bathroom the bathtub was 1/2 way full (no one had used the shower) of water and the faucet was dripping. I attempted to drain the tub and turn off the faucet but neither would work. I called the front desk and I was told that there would be nothing they could do until 7am. Somehow we were able to get the water turn off. If not it would have spilled over the edge of the bathtub. At 7am we called the front desk and the representative allowed us to use another room to take showers so we could leave. She said that their pipes were so full of sand, it happens all of the time.

Love that they are pet friendly, dislike that took forever to call an elevator and rooms were very hot the two fans provided didn't cool it down. Even over night.

Almost everything was perfect except for 2 things: 1. The lady who helped us to check us was way far to be nice. Only one example: On Sat evening we asked her about a restroom on the Loby and she said they don’t have it. We had to walk next door to the restaurant restroom, later in we discover the restroom next to the pool and on Sunday when we were waiting to check out somebody they asked her for restrooms and she was very nice and smiling all the time with them but because there were American people. I felt very sad to be treated like that :( 2. No A.C.
