I had no idea what the light show was about and when it appeared, it wasn't dark enough to see the screen. But I was more distracted by the large screen cutting in front of the beautiful ocean view and the sound of the waves being silenced by clips from The Sound of Music. Didn't realize that many restaurants were closed on Tuesdays so few dining options. The bed appeared to be fairly new and accommodations were generally good. Bathroom plug didn't work for the hairdryer.

We've stayed here before and we love it. It's so peaceful and relaxing. The room we stayed in was wheelchair accessible and it was so nice to get around in the room without running into something.

When we first checked in our room had a skunk scent to it. I spoke with the manager on duty and he said that the property next door had a skunk issue under their garbage bin, and the smell had spread. They quickly moved us to another room that smelled great. I realize things can happen and they showed wonderful customer service. Easy walk to the beach. The light show was fun, and there is a great gathering place room that we played board games in. Nice hot tub. The free muffin and fruit cup for breakfast were low key, but in exchange you get a really nice clean room at a really affordable rate.

Along baseboards was dirty. Would not walk around room without socks or shoes. Room didn't smell the best. Bed was comfy enough. Shower water was hot and shower was clean, but water pressure was not great.

I loved the size and cleanliness of the room and the limited ocean view. But my room did not have a telephone. The patio to sit and watch the light show was covered due to the first floor location which was nice. What I did not like was being a person with limited mobility who uses a cane and not having parking at the door to my room. Rooms without a view had parking directly in front. This was the first time I ever booked online and now know to call for details before booking in the future with any hotel.

The light show is a unique experience they offer every night. It has different them each night. Property is along pacific coast 101 highway which has a great scenic view of the pacific ocean. Beachfront property, however, there's alot of tree debris and gravel stones on the beach, needs restoration, nevertheless, it is in excellent condition

This was nice place to stay for a 3 day weekend, the room was nice and clean, with a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The beach was just a short walk down a path and at night they had a light show and mini movie play, the hot tub was also nice to relax in. Breakfast every morning was a breakfast claw, fruit cup, orange juice, and a bottle of water in a sack, would have been nice to have a better variety of breakfast foods but it was still good. Next time we will be staying in a room facng the ocean for sure.

The room was mostly devoid of any decor. The microwave and refrigerator did not work. The shower faucet dripped. There were only the sheet and a thin blanket for bedding. The light fixture in the bathroom was rusty and the floors appeared to have been in a prior flood. It has the potential to be an amazing hotel. Great beach, access and lots of grassy area between the hotel and the beach to walk your pet.
