We book the room called was told we would get room 260 and was put in room 255. It was dirty no microwave or ref. So they had no other roomd so we checked in and checked out 15mins later. Need a refund. we have stayed there 6 times before. Please refund me the money!!! as we had to find a hotel down the street that was better, and cost us more

The first night we stayed,our room smelled so strong of dog urine,With the window open and air on it made us sick!#260 The beds were extremely uncomfortable,out of date. The second night,I asked to switch rooms. We paid extra for a suite and got moved to 2 doors down,where the bathtub was cracked couldn't be used,dirty shower head was cracked heat was constantly coming out of the ceiling vent in the bathroom.This property NEEDS repairs! Extremely disappointed.

Nice property along the riverfront, not far from the casino. Doing some renovation so messier than normal. Nice clean room with ample hot water. Motel was pretty full but noise level was low and we slept well.

Its okay in a pinch

Bed was comfortable. TV didn't work at all. Needs some TLC all around. Found hair on towels, that wasn't ours. Probably would stay somewhere else next time. The jet tub was a great feature!
