I paid for 2 queens. Got to hotel and was told they were overbooked and that only a king size bed was available. Get to the room and fog hair was all over the chair. It was a ADA room that the bathroom was filthy. No apologies were given. Email management and still have not heard back.

Great place to stay!

We had a great stay! We have stayed here dozen of times! Good customer service, rooms are clean and comfy, commons area is clean and inviting!the breakfast in the mornings are yummy and good! Shopping within walking distance! Along with food, the casino is near and within walking distance! We had a terrific stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed here during his 21st birthday. They recently extended their pool/hot tub hours to 12am instead of 10pm, we loved that. Breakfast is great! One of the items rotate depending on the day of the week; we got to experience biscuits and gravy, then potatoes! (Monday and Tuesday morning.) Beach access is walkable (uphill on the way back), we had a fire on the beach (but make sure you follow current fire regulations.) We also walked to this cute 60s inspired diner with spiked milkshakes. They have a free casino shuttle that takes you there and back and runs until 4 am. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great time and definitely recommend this hotel!

Front Desk staff not nice. Our key card didn’t work and I had to go to the desk 2 times.. she said it worked but no so my husband went down and she came back with him all smiles and fixed it.. but she was RUDE to me! The night clerk threw 2 very drink young ladies out without maybe helping figure out where the young girls rooms were located at the hotel. She threatened the cops and I felt she just wanted to discard them without helping them. They were scared and very vulnerable prime target for sex trafficking. Hotel is basic not anything special.
