The location was great but the cleanliness was not up to par. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly, they’re open 24 hours. The place is modern and looks like it was updated recently but it just looks like it is not maintained well. Our bedding was dirty and had stains. The carpet was filthy and there were crumbs and things all around the bed. Definitely could’ve had a better experience if the cleaning standards were higher.

What a welcome surprise our room was! The minute we walked inside, we were so amazed! It was beautiful! Although it was cold and raining, we still enjoyed the balcony...overlooking the bridge and the mighty Rogue! We will be back!!!

Its a motel. Receptionist was very nice said he will be there til 10 if we need anything. My som wanted something and even after tinging the bell multiple times nobody came it was 9pm. Website says 24 hours.

Nice stay by the river
The room was nice, though there was no A/C for ventilation, but the heating worked great. The bathroom shower cubicle was leaking a bit and so the floor towel got wet. But the pool wasn't warm, the got tub wasn't hot either, but the sauna was great. View of the brimming river was great. Well worth the price!

The king room with balcony overlooking the river was exactly like the photo on the reservation site. The resort appears to be an older establishment with remodeled rooms. I was impressed with the quality workmanship on the remodel and peaceful decor. The room was clean and quiet- the walls seemed to be pretty sound proof. The indoor spa was great, didn't try the pool or sauna. The grounds were neat however the stairwells and walkways to the rooms could use some TLC.

The staff were all very pleasant. It is a beach resort so the salt air has not been nice to the outside, but the insides are very clean.

Calling this place a resort is quite a stretch. The property is more on the level with Motel 6, however, there are some very good points. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and had a nice view of the river. The pool was nicely heated, not like a lot of motel pools that are a bit too cold for us. There was no alarm clock in the room. There were no towels in the pool area. But overall, when looked at as a budget motel, it's a solid 10 for value.

We were so pleasantly surprised with how nice Jots was! Rooms are newly renovated, staff is very kind, bed was super comfy with all white linen and a gorgeous view of the river from our room. We ate at the restauraunt right across the street and had some of the kindest service of our life. Would come back here in a second!
