End of season stay.
Not great. It felt like their season was over and they were waiting for us to leave. Counter clerk appeared indifferent. Checkin at four. We arrived an hour early and had to wait. Rooms about 20% occupied. Looking forward to not staying here again.

Great location, and we had a recently renovated room which was very nice with a great view. Unfortunately there is no meal service, and there are no elevators.

I’ll stay here again
We have stayed here before, it’s a bit funky, but clean and updated rooms. I thought for the price, excellent deal. Restaurant across the street is also good.

I love staying here! Yes the place is a little dated —but they have done many things to keep it updated —and its always clean—-and the view ….my oh my —-it’s a million dollar view!!!! We have 2 doggy members of our family and it’s a wonderful place for pets!!! We love the whole area! We stay there 2 or 3 times per year—-and it’s always a good time!!!

Nice location right on the river, largest TV I have ever seen in a motel room. Only one chair in room. A good place overall. There is a restaurant across the street with decent hours.

The room was clean and has nice views. It was close to downtown. In the room you couldn’t hear the next room occupants. It had everything we needed except a hairdryer. The balcony was a good addition. Would stay here again.

It was a simple room but nice to have a balcony that looked over the Rogue River. Heavy on the fishing boats, etc. Was fun to watch what fish came in, etc. Restaurant across the street had good food. Hiking nearby and not a far walk to the beaches and town.
