Generally speaking it was ok. I found the soundproofing between rooms poor and I heard every footstep and noise from the adjacent room and room above. Breakfast was so so. Limited selection of food on offer not even real cream for the coffee. Check in was 4pm which I thought was fairly late in the afternoon. Should be more like 2pm. Would I go back, probably not.

The hotel was nice rooms could use some updating. The breakfast was ok but the food was cold. We had what sounded like unattended kids above us our entire three day stay and they ran back a forth all night. But even with all that we’d stay again if we were ever in Lincoln City.

Large spacious clean rooms. We had 3 groups staying here on the same night and we were all very happy with our rooms. Updated, clean, spacious. The staff here was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast in the morning is much better than bagels and coffee that can be fairly standard. You can walk to the beach from the hotel; passing under/through one of the other hotels on the way. Beautiful view.

Neighborhood is not great. Rooms face parking lots on either side which is a little noisy. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good but the pool area was a little gross. Also it was advertised as having a "gym" with a treadmill and elliptical. It actually has a very small room with 1 treadmill and 1 low quality bike, no elliptical as stated, and the treadmill was broken. Very disappointing if a gym is important to you, for those of who like to stay on our fitness routine. Ice machine was also broken. It's not the worst place but for the price a little disappointing.

First room we got smelt like smoke, so they moved us. Upgrade to a balcony, no charge...sea view. So great staff. Other than that, its a basic hotel, nothing outstanding but nothing really negative. Got what was expected from other reviews, pictures, etc.
