We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Staff was great, the property is beautiful and the view from the room was amazing. The only thibg was the door to ebter the room. The deadbolt was broken. If someone tried to get in, they would have been able to easly. It didnt make us feel super safe. I did tell the staff about it the next morning.

We stayed in “The Gathering Place.” It was perfect. Lots of space, clean, and has a very pretty ocean view! The restaurant, pool and hot tub are right next to the property.

Very disappointed!
Was extremely unhappy that i called and questioned stairs to the beach for a family member with trouble walking. I even explained the specific unit i was looking to rent, and was never told there are at least 50 stairs just to get to the unit. In addition i rented the home with two bedrooms and a jacuzzi tub. There were no blinds on.the windows of the bedroom or near the jacuzzi tub so anyone could just watch us. Lastly the temperatures dropped fown to 55 degrees and it was cold and rainy and there was no heat in.the house. Only the downstairs fireplace that did not even heat the down stairs. For those looking to rent in the summer there is also not ac. Only a ln exhaust vent in the bedroom to pull out heat.

Property is clean but a little worn. View from balcony is absolutely spectacular! There is a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge in the room.

Kitchen fan exhausted into room. There was a 2” gap under the door that connected to the adjacent room. We could hear the neighbors’ conversations! We whispered so that they wouldn’t hear ours. Some of the dishes and utensils had food stuck to them. Nice grounds. Receptionist was very helpful.

The view was beautiful and the staff was friendly. They have fun little carts they can drive you around in because of how steep some of the paths are. Give this gem a shot.

The view of the ocean from this property is amazing. I really wanted to love this place but I cant recommend it. The walls are not soundproof and the first day I felt like my neighbors were actually in my space! I could hear everything... The food options were so limited and the restaurant was on off-season which meant no breakfast options and limited menu. You cant walk anywhere to get supplies. The place itself needs to be updated as it felt a bit run-down. Thread bare sheets and what felt like dirty carpet. I was so sad to pay so much and not have a good experience. I really wanted to love this place. The ocean views were amazing.
