Loved the balcony, view of the bridge and river, and watching the grumpy barking sea lions and cormorants fishing. Excellent soundproofing on the balcony door and windows, the sea lion noise was no problem at all with the door shut (the property offers free ear plugs for light sleepers). Great and surprisingly comprehensive breakfast. Free parking. Clean and well maintained. Walkable to restaurants, but it's a longish walk so driving would've been better for dinner, though the Goonies house is just a few blocks away! The riverfront tram runs right in front of the hotel and is a fantastic option for sightseeing and transport, but it stops running in the early evening. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful setting along the Columbia River. Nice Riverfront walkway. Good breakfast options. Walking distance to the Rogue, a brewery with good fish and chips. Can also walk to public school featured in Kindergarten Cop, house feature in Goonies and a Safeway.

Try nice hotel right on the river. We could watch the cargo ships from our balcony. The trolley stop was right next to the hotel. Many walkable dining options. We loved the sound of the sea lions but it may bother others. Truly couldn’t hear them with the sliding door shut.

This is right on the water and next to the bike path which is very nice. The hotel was nowhere near full so I was a little disappointed not to be given a room that looked over the water. I had my bike with me and they let me take it to the room which was a huge bonus!
