We arrived to the smell of fresh-baked cookies, and smiling and helpful staff. Ella graciously fulfilled our request for an upgrade, which ended up being at their sister property, Pacific Suites. We can’t say enough good things about our suite, 207, which was newly renovated, with modern touches including an in-suite kitchen, fireplace, heated bathroom tile floors, digitally-controlled shower water temperature, heated towel rack, two king beds with a copious supply of amazing pillows, three televisions, a private balcony with an ocean view and complementary snacks!

Great Location

It is located about as close as you can to the iconic Haystack Rock. The room I had said a partial view of ocean, I actually got a really good view of the ocean and most rooms actually do. I was in the back building on the 2nd floor too. The toilet clogged and they came up right away to fix it. The front desk staff was very nice and pleasant and answered all questions. The beach access is amazing and they even offer chairs to take down to the sand. I did not use the indoor pool but it looked nice. My room also had a gas fireplace that I used both nights since it was quite chilly in May when the sun went down. I would stay here again!

This is insanely beautiful, I am so glad I chose this as the key part of our trip! Seeing and hearing the ocean throughout our whole stay was totally worth it, and the surrounding neighborhood is full of beachy charm. Beautiful, would absolutely stay here again.

We didnt know, and didn't like, the very narrow window view of the ocean. Most rooms have an expansive view with a balcony. We'll call the lodging directly next time instead of going through Expedia to assure we get what we thought we had reserved.

Great location

This was our first time visiting Cannon Beach and this hotel was the perfect place to stay. We had a balcony view of the ocean, a hot tub, and a comfortable bed. Hotel staff called the day before check in and asked if we were celebrating anything. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary. The left is a little snack basket on the counter and a bottle of champagne in the fridge. Hotel had beach access and is a close walk to haystack rock. They also had a nice pool area, sauna, and a little gym. There are also several restaurants and shops within walking distance.
