Celebrated our 3rd anniversary with my wife and this was the second time in a row of staying there . Top noticed front desk staff, even one of the staffers noticed I had gifts for my wife , offered me some chocolates in-behalf of Elizabeth Inn. Def will continue to visit this location

Our stay was perfect! You can’t beat the amazing ocean view with a patio. The fireplace is a nice touch and the beds are comfy. My only suggestion is the rooms need bigger trash cans as they’re so small they fill up fast. We will stay again when we return to Newport.

Friendly staff. Complementary breakfast, coffee, soup, and cookies. You are only allowed to check in early if you have their rewards program. Rooms were nice but very cold. It took awhile for them to warm up with both the heater and the fireplace running. The ocean view room and the friendly staff made our trip great. Should I visit this area again it is likely I would stay here again.

Mid-week January getaway

Our room was ocean-front with a small balcony where we could sit and enjoy watching waves and the fishing boat lights at night. The bed was very comfortable (be prepared to climb in as it was taller than most...although a stepstool can be requested, or the ADA rooms have lower beds). The fireplace in our room was a nice touch and enjoyed. The grab-and-go breakfast was sufficient. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa packets available in the lobby. During our January visit, complimentary hot chowder was available in the early evening, then fresh cookies a little later. The hotel is within walking distance of several bakeries, small eateries, and small boutiques. The Donald A. Davis Park and Lincoln County Vietnam Memorial walkway is just a couple blocks away, with commemorative benches along the walkway. The registration staff was friendly and efficient. Housekeeping can be requested, otherwise, you will want to hang up your towels after use as they won't (unnecessarily) be replaced every day. We would definitely stay again.

Reserved King got Double

I reserved a room with 2 king beds and was given a room with 2 doubles. They were booked so couldn’t change rooms. Was not happy and didn’t sleep well because we were cramped
