Easy access to Seaside downtown and beach but tucked away enough that it is queit and relaxing

I booked a room with kitchenette but the burners didn’t work. The bath tub didn’t drain water and clogged. There was no service personnel available.we also saw spiders crawling up the sheets on the bed. Such a waste of money!!

Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean with no odors. With all the lights on the room was very dark even during the day. The room was to have a kitchenette but there was no table/chairs to sit at. Wifi was extremely slow and our phones defaulted to our cellular service because of it. Streaming TV was was glitchy because of it.

We stayed in one of the river view kitchenette suites. The microwave was out of order and only one burner on the stove worked well. The fridge was also the average small hotel room size rather than the larger one shown in the photos. Other than that, the room was clean, the view was lovely, the balcony was large and had a bistro table and chairs to dine at, and the bed was comfortable. We had a good stay all in all.

The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful, the room was very clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Had a pretty good view of the river as well.

Very dog friendly super inexpensive pet fee, paid extra for a river view that was basically a street view. Beds are uncomfortable. Jetted tub was great. Front desk basically unavailable before and after limited office hours and not friendly. However the lady who checked me out made up for it. She was lovely.

Roomy and Comfortable

We always stay here when in Seaside. We like the river view rooms in the back. Comfortable bed and big clean rooms with balcony overlooking the river. Easy parking. Nicely decorated. Enjoyed the salt water taffy in the room. There is coffee in the office. We will return.
