This hotel is in the process of closing down and should not continue to book rooms. Amenities listed are not accurate, no hot tub, no restaurant, WIFI didn't work, my key cards kept de-activating, it sounded like there was active demolition going on above my room until 10pm and starting again at 7am. Totally unacceptable.

Not worth the price. A majority of the amenities were not even functional( wifi didn’t work, blow dryer missing, top of coffee maker gone, fridge didn’t keep things cold). The restaurant was permanently closed we found out once in site. As a whole the property needs some updating.

I stay here every time I go to Depoe bay. It has a bar with bar food. Usually they have breakfast but they didn't have it today..My floors were dirty with dirt along the baseboards.

The property is going to be torn down. The room was filthy, toys and garbage inner beds, dog hair all over the bathroom floor, and the baseboards haven't been cleaned. The hot tub was closed, the restaurant is permanently closed even though the website still advertises it. More transparency and reduced rates would be better. The property is grossly run down.

The front desk clerk does not belong taking care of customers. The last thing she knows is about Customer Service and making anyone feel welcomed. Those rooms need to be refurbished as soon as possible. I wouldn’t pay $50 for that room not even even if they gave it to me free I wouldn’t stay. Extremely disappointed and I still had to pay a cancellation fee. Shameful.

Very clean and quiet. We were not in the room very much. Had things to do hiking. Sightseeing. Bar was open but did not have restaurant open. Restaurant wasn't too far away. I would go again.

Our door to balcony was unlocked. Right across from that door is other guests who could have come on our room, the two doors go out to same deck. What if someone was under our bed in the bathroom and could’ve harmed us you never know. I’m excited for the teardown of this property and rebuild if you arrive after 10 PM they don’t tell you that no one‘s at the desk you have to call the emergency number to find out where your key is for the door. That’s even when I told them what time we’re arriving because it was New Year’s Eve. The location is awesome. We heard waves all night and they literally come up to the rock speed below you if you like watching the waves and storms it’s a good place a lot of gnats out on the decks. It really does need the updating. It was fine just to sleep. I wouldn’t use the jetted tub.

They put a family with young kids above us. The foot stomping and furniture dragging never stopped until well after 10pm and started again at 6am. I have no idea why you would put a family with kids above an older couple. Staff members were super unfriendly with a touch of grumpiness. The view of the ocean was fantastic

Went by myself to refresh and rejuvenate, and the teip was perfect. View of the ocean, fireplace, jetted tub and comfortable bed. I couldnt have asked for more.
