we took my mother-in-law to Lincoln city for her 80th birthday. The room in the Lincoln Sand was nice. One king bed in a separate sleeping area and then a Queen Murphy bed. The staff was great. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The view of the beach was phenomenal. the Murphy bed seemed like it was kind of squishy. But my mother-in-law didn’t complain so everything was good. I would stay there again.

Excellent stay

It was very clean, bathrooms, floors, dishes, glassware. The beds were very comfortable, sheets were excellent. Service was great. Breakfast was superb. If I were to give any correctional feedback, it would be not enough glasses, dishes, cups, plates, silverware. The cupboards were mostly empty, so there is room for more items for the kitchen. Not enough Keurig pods for the 3 of us. Also, the room (#1214) was beginning to look a bit shabby around the corners, may need some TLC soon. Overall, the 3 of us (all friends) had an excellent stay there and we loved it! That breakfast is to die for!!

Wonderful stay with gorgeous views

Wonderful stay !!! Our room was clean and well stocked. Even had salt water taffy and bottles of water in the room for us to enjoy. The views were absolutely gorgeous. Had a wonderful soak in the tub and breakfast was good with many different options. The hotel is dog friendly even though we didn't being our dogs with us. I even left my coat behind and called them and they found it and called me to let me know it was found. We would definitely stay here again.

There were ants in our room in the kitchen, bathroom and even a winged ant on one of the beds. We switched rooms after the first night but we weren’t offered a discount for the inconvenience and gross factor. The kitchen cabinets had dirty silverware and plates. The smoke alarm went off anytime we baked something (in both rooms we stayed in). While the pool, sauna and beach view balcony were nice, the stay was not very relaxing given the ants and moving belongings all over.
