No Emergency Support – Power Outage Left Us Stranded During our stay at this motel, we experienced a lack of assistance when we needed it most. Late at night (around 10:30 PM), the circuit breaker tripped, cutting off all electricity in our room. We immediately tried contacting the motel using the two emergency phone numbers provided—one went straight to voicemail (where we left a message), and the other rang endlessly with no answer. After 30 minutes of repeated attempts, we gave up. The power was only restored just before 6 AM, abruptly turning all the lights on and waking us up. By then, we discovered that the loss of electricity had melted all the ice in the fridge, leaving a pool of water on the floor. Our suitcase was mere inches away—had we been slightly less fortunate, all our belongings would have been soaked. It’s unacceptable for a lodging service to provide emergency contact numbers that go unanswered during a real issue. The lack of responsiveness put us in an inconvenient and potentially costly situation.

Very clean. Great text/email communication despite not having a person on site. Older rooms that feel new due to all of the updating. The only thing that keeps it from being a 5 star review is a somewhat noisy wall heater and some traffic noise due to location. I'd stay here again.

Worst stay ever. Heater in room was so loud you couldn’t talk to one another over it. Then the heater never heated up the room. Tried to reach the property to get help no one responded for hours. It was already late and couldn’t get another reservation elsewhere so we Went to bed with clothes on to stay warm. We did not stay there our second night cause it was awful. Toilet, Walls and windows were dirty. Contacted Expedia for a refund they couldn’t get ahold of anyone at motel either so they aren’t refunding my money. They finally ended up sending a space heater at like 11 am night. Using a Space heaters to heat rooms is a safety hazard. I paid for a room with heat and I didn’t get what i expected to get. Expedia and this Motel failed me. Don’t stay here! We didn’t end up staying the second night and couldn’t get our money back

This was the perfect find for us between Bryce and Zion. Our check in was no contact. We were given our room number and door code. It was convenient to pull right up to our room. Bed was comfortable. Even though the hotel is older it was updated and clean. The only thing i could suggest to the owners is to have smaller based lamps on the night stands. They leave little room for items to fit on the already small tables.

If you are looking for a down home feeling being comfy & cozy, this is the place. I booked thru Expedia and not knowing what to expect. Just needed a place to stay for the night and I’m so glad I booked here and one of those hotel chains. If I ever come thru this town again this is where I will stay.

Not impressed

Pros: - Easy check-in process (via door code provided after booking) - Super comfortable bed Cons: - One of the bed lamps didn't work - Heat lamp didn't work in the bathroom (also no fan so everything had crazy condensation on it after I showered) - Walls were SUPER thin (the room next door had their TV on really loud late at night and we could hear them talking on top of that) The motel did give us a number to call with any issues because there was no staff on site, but it was already late, we were tired, and it didn't seem worth it to stay up waiting for these things to be addressed. They genuinely want their guests to have a good stay, but these shouldn't have even been issues in the first place. I left feedback on the suggestion pad they left in the room, so hopefully the lamp issues were fixed before another guest stayed there.

An affordable place to stay after a long day exploring Zion. The rooms are street facing on a quiet and dark road, got to see a shooting star when we stepped outside to stargaze. Parking is right outside your door for easy load in and out. Room is clean, has fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We had dinner across the road at Thunderbird, picked up souvenirs at their gift shop and fueled up at the gas station across the street. The wall unit has a heat option, only complaint was needing a heavier blanket on a cold night.

It was very clean and updated, nice room. The staff was very helpful, texted to see if I needed anything and then answered back. I didn't care for the parking lot, seemed to be under some kind of construction.
