Very clean and affordable hotel. We needed a hotel for a quick trip The room is very small but comfortable. Shower is arubian warm. Too bad there isnt an outlet in bathroom to blow dry hair. Coffee in the morning at neighbor cafe was delicious

Staff was attentive and very pleasant. Balcony and Common area with Coffee bar was a very nice touch. Our only observation was the king bed was extremely stiff. However not a deal breaker for a night or 2. Family of 4 traveling was very nice for the night.

I'm writing this letter in regards to my last visit to Victoria city hotel, aruba. When my wife and I arrived we met Jose who was professional, courteous and ready to assist in our stay which 3/8/25 - 3/13/25. Jose checked us in and got us to our newly redecorated room which we were pleasantly surprised to see. It was modern, clean and ready for Us. This boutique hotel was just what that doctor ordered for us. We had our concerns trying a new place because you how some hotels take the best pictures of their rooms and when the customer gets there its a dump. Not this place it's diamond in the rough and they are making more improvements. Special thanks to Jose and Hanna who made our stay pleasurable and comfortable. We will be recommending to our friends and definitely retuning.

I absolutely enjoyed staying at Victoria City Hotel! I was skeptical at first because I was not sure if I would be able to trust my items in the room since there’s no safe box but the receptionist promised to not worry about anything and I eventually learned to trust the staff; I was stressed free! Very professional and trusting staff members, cleanliness in the property was very consistent, comfortable and cozy hotel with a beautiful rooftop to relax and enjoy the sunrise or sunset. Also a restaurant connected to the hotel if ever feel like to dine in instead, the bartender and cashier David has been a great person to talk to. It was my first trip to Aruba and I have never felt safer, I would definitely come back here again.
