While I had initially chosen Tamarijn hotel based on positive reviews, I unfortunately encountered several issues that significantly impacted my stay.
Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that my reservation for a king-size room had been incorrectly assigned. Instead, I was given a queen-size room. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, I was informed that there were no available king-size rooms at that time and that I would need to wait until the following day. This was particularly frustrating as I was on vacation and hoping for a relaxing stay.
Additionally, I found that the food and beverage options were average at best, and the service was inconsistent. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, while others seemed indifferent or even rude.
The room itself also left much to be desired. The bathroom was outdated and in need of renovation, and the overall appearance of the room was okay.
While I appreciate the hotel's convenient location near the airport and other attractions, I believe that the quality of the accommodations and services did not meet my expectations.
I hope that the hotel will take this feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests have a more positive experience.
