The staff was excellent, and the hotel/resort was exceptionally clean. It’s conveniently close to the beach, with easy access to transportation to visit different beaches. A special thank you to the bellboy, Carlos, for his professionalism. Carlos, along with many other staff members, helped me locate my cell phone, which I had lost in a taxi. Thank you!

We arrived at the hotel around 11:30. There was nobody at the front desk. When somebody finally came out we were ignored. When we asked about checking in she said “I’m busy. Besides check in is not until 4pm”. Finally someone else came out from the back room and was able to assist. Besides checking in there were no other issues and most of the staff was helpful and friendly

Great bargain

Great bargain. Rooms could use a bit of a facelift (beds, couches, etc.), and the walk to the beach is a slight nuisance (5 minute walk versus Cabana hotel that’s right on the beach), but overall it’s a great deal when Palm Beach hotels are charging 400 a night with an inferior beach.

We enjoyed the resort area, our room was awesome, with separate e bedroom, kitchenette, and living room. the pools were great, it was quiet when needed to be, staff super friendly. Very clean, room service also did a great job looking after our room.

Lugar maravilhoso!

Hotel muito bem localizado. Funcionário muito simpáticos e solícitos. Ótima estrutura, limpeza do quarto e a comodidade de ter um ótimo supermercado próximo, facilitando nossas compras sem a necessidade de pegar carro. O café da manhã apesar de nao ser no estilo buffet, é muito bem servido e tinha a possibilidade de levar para o quarto. Não tenho do que reclamar. Caso um dia retorne a Aruba, com certeza me hospedarei neste mesmo hotel.

This was a last resort to stay at since the place I reserved since December 2024 left me out in the streets (Privada Stays)!! when I arrived in Aruba. My room was dirty and outdated looking. My first night there I lifted the toilet seat to urinate and found a clump of feces there. From loose cabinet doors to stained counter tops and sofa seating areas. t.v screens dirty, fridge doors look like they were never cleaned. I used the ironing board they had and it came apart
