We chose this resort for our first visit to Aruba because it offered a suite option and because it was close to Eagle Beach. The rooms and service exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect. We are returning for a longer stay. The descriptions of Eagle Beach and the photos of this resort were not exaggerations. Every staff person was cheerful and eager to accommodate our requests. Each pool offers its own ambience. The grounds are manicured, and the rooms immaculately clean. The staff at Eagle Beach are very attentive and the shuttle to and from cheerfully accommodated our schedule and needs. Wonderful!!!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a 2 hour delay after checking out, before heading to the airport, and we were allowed to hangout by pool until we left. Any monetary tip you can provide to staff is very much appreciated.

Great location, great staff, nice dining options, beautiful setting. Lounge chairs were tough to get both at resort and on beach. Some guests saying they were getting up at 4:30 AM to reserve, which is bizarre chairs were noted to have towels or clips on them for a full day with no one ever using them. That’s something that I think would’ve been nice to have been monitored by the staff so that others could enjoy the pool areas and especially the beach.

I stay here year after year and love it. I just wish they would change the rugs in the room. It’s a very small area that smells musty. Everything else is always great! Friendly staff and great pills. Eagle Beach is a short walk away!

I liked the pool areas. Did not like the food service. Slow, inattentive service and was overcharged twice compared to what was listed on menu. One time the server brushed it off and insinuated i was wrong. The 2nd time it was fixed but she made it seem like she was doing ME a favor by fixing it bc I was wrong!! Unbelievable! Either update or correct your menu prices or fix the correct price where it is entered by the server! We then chose to buy food and fix it ourselves rather than deal with bad service and overcharging!

The resort was great. I liked having the option of three pools and two hot tubs. Things were quite clean and well-maintained. The hot tub furthest from the indoor restaurant was a bit too hot. Sometimes the music by the middle pool got a bit loud, although I did like the live entertainment. I liked having the convenience of the outdoor restaurant right by the middle pool, but I thought the food quality could be improved. The pizza was only fair, the French Toast was good but there was only one slice of bread, and for the burger, I would have liked the option of replacing the fries for fruit or berries.
