Large resort with multiple pools and restaurants and directly across from the beach. Temperature is a very consistent 80’s day and night! What’s not to like in a very friendly and safe area. Love Divi Golf.

Poorly managed hotel if you encounter any problems
    The air conditioning unit in the bedroom did not work.  The living room/kitchen area was nice and cool and the bedroom was significantly hotter.   I called the front desk and was rudely talked to so I decided to go to the front desk in person to complain.  The woman at the desk said she would send someone to the room to fix the ac unit.  I also let her know that there were ants in our room and she told me that she would send someone to the room to spray something for the ants.  No one ever came to spray.  Someone came to look at the ac unit, he told me he would be back to repair it (as we were leaving for the pool), when we came back that night, it still was not working.  The next morning i called again and was told it would be fixed, it never was our entire stay.  I also requested our room to be mopped and it never was. Besides the ants in our room, our feet were literally black with dirt from walking on the floors.  One morning, i went to shower at 7am and we had no hot water at all.  I called the front desk and was rudely spoken to by whomever picked up and was told that the breaker probably went off but maintenance doesn't start until 9am.  I explained that we had to be somewhere and we couldn't wait and was told there was. There was no manager to speak to st the hotel. They said to contact there corporate office. When I emailed them they were quick to respond that they do not offer any forms of competition.
