This was my second time staying at a Divi property in Aruba and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Everyone working for Divi is kind and accomodating. The condo in stayed in was clean and conveniently located near the main restaurant. I'm happy I booked this trip.

Arrived at the property - check in took about 30 mins for two rooms . Insane . Next we arrived at both our rooms & one of them smelled like chlorine the other smelled like mildew . The smell hit you as soon as you walked into the room. We called maintenance and housekeeping . They didn’t clean. They changed the bed and clean the bathroom prior to sister found poop on the toilet. They placed a humidifier in the room which was unsafe with a 2 year old . Still didn’t help . They offered to change our room after we found a cockroach . That was a death trap with spiraling stairs and a jacuzzi on the 3rd floor it felt like we would fall off. Absolute not with me being pregnant and a two year old and the room smelled of pizza . The other room they sent us to check - we didn’t walk in . It smelled like mildew . What is Divi doing about ventilation in their rooms ! We got placed in a pent house free of charge, took a shower feet were black LOL nice room but you can tell they don’t care about ventilation . Laundry washer and dryer in room I asked about soap detergent since they had packets but they said oh musta been the other people who stood there . So did house keeping not do their job properly . Staff were rude and they don’t know the ages to do excursions . My niece and sister missed out on an excursion when I asked the guy they said of course it’s safe to bring a child that young and while I was on there it was safe !You are 8 mins away from strip not bad but miss out in activ.

We recently visited this property and paid for all inclusive, our overall Rating and experience very negative. Usually Bar tenders were so rude and bias, just for one drink I have wait 30min even there were 10 guest only. Raised hand and call several times but she did not reply to me. I will not recommend this resort and will not revisit.

Our first visit to Aruba celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. We truly enjoyed the cuisine offered at each restaurant especially Mulligans and Windows. Some of the staff was not that friendly, especially the morning shuttle drivers.

This all-inclusive resort in Aruba was truly an unforgettable experience! I was captivated by the beautiful ambience. The resort was serene, well-maintained, and offered stunning views, especially from the restaurants overlooking the golf course. The restaurants were exceptional and had a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from, catering to all tastes. The staff made the experience even more special. Everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. A special shout-out goes to the shuttle drivers. They were always so kind and accommodating, making it easy and enjoyable to get around the expansive property.

The property is beautiful. The people are not happy. I was asked to move on the beach and I was on the correct beach. Everyone around me was at the same resort as me. But the lady asked my friend and I to move. They are not the most welcoming people there. I will not return.

The property is very clean. The staff is so friendly. Wait staff, bartenders excellent Bar Tapas at Divi golf. Best Bartender Terrance. his expertise on making drinks Is beyond anything you could imagine. All the staff at Tapas very friendly, and welcome you with open arms
