This place is a dump! We reserved a non-smoking room. As soon as we opened the door, stale cigarette smoke hit us in the face. Should have complained but didn't. Had a king size bed and it had 3 throw cushions on it wrapped in king pillow cases. That's it. A light on the wall was broken and coming out of the wall. The bathtub looked horrendus with a bunch of stains. The room just felt dirty to me. Spend a little more money and get a nicer place. Hotels over motels are the way to go.

The rooms were dirty and smelled like must and mold. The staff tried to help by putting in another room of our choise, but those choices wernt much better. I expected so much more from a days inn, ive stayed at several, this one was NOT good at all.

Nice Orangeburg hotel

Nice, cost-efficient hotel in Orangeburg right off of the interstate. Also has a 24h front desk which is helpful if you come in town late due to an emergency. If you're familiar with the area it is a median hotel that is good if the newer ones are full and would be good if you're coming back for homecoming or an event. Some of the rooms in the second building are renovated and a little nicer but overall both buildings are good. Only real gripe is not electrical outlets near the bed.

At check in they gave me a hard time. I accidentally booked a smoking room- they said it couldn't be changed bc I hadn't booked directly with them. They also put me on second floor and there is no elevator. I am disabled so told them I could not have second room. I asked them if they knew about Americans w Disability Act- then they switched. Room was filthy and reeked of smoke. The bathroom was so disgusting I didn't take a shower. Cockroaches!!!!! In the morning when I was trying to leave my key card didn't work and I had to go to office 3 times before they walked out and opened door for me. Miserable experience all round.......
