The Ayer’s is clean and comfortable, with free breakfast that is excellent. The staff is extremely friendly, and accommodating. This was my third time staying there, and I have never had a problem. I highly recommend The Ayers Hotel

Great hotel and breakfast

This hotel was really nice. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We had breakfast the next day and it was perfect. Would stay here again for sure.

This hotel room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good and better than a standard hotel breakfast. Road outside the hotel was a little bit noisy at night as room was right across from a hospital, but that wasn't a big deal. Only other thing I would mention is that the pool could have been a little bit cleaner. Lots of leaves and dirt in the bottom of the pool. Overall, hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. I would stay here again, but maybe in a room on the side away from the hospital next time.

The Ayers was fantastic. New, clean, sanitary, with a helpful staff. My only complaint was the AC which didn’t work properly. It luckily, wasn’t that hot.
