Check in was quick and staff was very friendly. Breakfast served in the morning and was different each time so that was a plus! Lots of parking, free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby, also very nice The rooms were decent size, but no outlets, only on the lamps on the night stand which was a little inconvenient. also the bathroom was INSANELY small. my husbands feet hit the door from the toilet and his head hit the ceiling in the shower (he’s 6,2) other than that, everything was good! would stay again

Computer system was down was not able to check in for well over an hour. When system got up again, they did not take people in order of arrival. They just started taking random people first they didn’t seem to care.

The communication in this hotel is amazing! They send you reminder texts which no other hotel tends to do. Their continental breakfast was delicious, the dining area was very clean. Our room was very clean - none of that musty, dusty, sticky stuff. Overall really good place to stay. We will be coming back. 5/5 stars.

I have stayed at many hotels in Orange for business, and many of them are relatively sketchy. I have stayed with the Ayers brand at other properties in Southern California and always had an excellent experience. This Ayers property is as expected: friendly staff, exceptionally clean, well maintained, great breakfast, and a really good deal at the $120 I paid for a night's stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone as it is better than some I have spent twice as much on in Orange.
