I made numerous complaints to staff about the Jacuzzi in my king Jacuzzi suite not getting hot water so was unable to use and in the middle of finally watching a movie lost Internet had to walk to the front to get help because no one would answer the desk...I was never offered another room or any sort of resolution to the Jacuzzi I over paid for didn't work at all. And it was my birthday. Also I was charged a deposit as if I was a local because we lived to close to the hotel btw meridian idaho they consider local and will require a 200 deposit

Nice place to stay
The room was nice and clean. There wasn't a blow dryer in the room, but they brought me one. The bed was nice, a little hard for my taste, but everything was clean and neat. The TV lost service at one point and I asked at the front desk and they told me to unplug it and it would reboot. That fixed it, yay! Breakfast was disappointing, just make your own waffles, hard boiled eggs, apples, assorted bread & mini muffins, yogurt. They do have good coffee and orange juice. I have stayed at this hotel off and on for almost 20 years. It used to be a little nicer and had a better breakfast, but the employees are nice and I like staying there.

The staff was friendly. I forgot my pillows and the staff called me and even offered to mail them to me. My only wish was that there was an area for pets outside. There was no area at the location to let my dogs out to go potty. I had to walk around commercial areas on a sidewalk or the occasional tree or bush. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Friendly staff. Clean room. The room I stayed in bordered a Home Depot. At 2:30 AM loud beeping sounds from forklifts went on for about 45 minutes. At 3:30 AM the toilet backflushed, making loud gurgles as the water was sucked out. 6 AM the forklifts began again. By 6:30 I could hear a vacuum or some other high-pitched whirring sound If you are looking for a goodnights sleep, this is not the location.

I’ll start with the good stuff the staff was amazing!! I had my doggie with me and I hadn't booked a pet friendly room but he was more then happy to change my room. A few complaints night 1 we went to bed and got woken up at like 5 in the morning because the room next to us the alarm was going off for a good 20 minute before the person in that room finally shut it off. Then the next night the people in the same room were just talking but we could hear every word they were saying as if they were in our room needs better insulation for sure. One of the guests I guess didn’t want to pay for there dog to stay inside with them so they left it in the car and would just go let it out every once in a while to go potty like who the heck leaves there dog in the car when it’s freezing outside????

We had an adjoining room. Luckily we were able to lock the door since we didn’t know who they were. They also had a dog that liked to bark. The bed was dirty and had hair all over in it. You could tell the bedding isn’t washed in between customers.

The property was easy to navigate and had good breakfast options. Unfortunately, the TV had no connection to the Internet or cable whatsoever. We tried troubleshooting the internet connection to no success. The room had a very pungent, body odor type smell to it upon arrival. When using the bathroom, I noticed that the toilet paper roll was about two thirds missing.
