Front desk personnel, Tiffani and Dillon, we're super friendly and efficient. We had car problems enroute and this hotel was a nice oasis. Our dog had a cess out a sliding door to a grassy pet area, so we loved that convenience. Clean and spacious, great pool and attached restaurant too. They even sold microwave dinners and treats in the lobby that really helped out.

Terrible Hotel and Service

We were traveling through for one night. Spent more money to go with what appeared to be a nicer hotel in the area. Not the case. The elevator was out of service. The ice machine was broken. No notice of broken amenities. Not great for older people who have walking issues. Checked in and the front desk clerk seemed high. Once in the room, dirty and smelled bad. Moved the room curtains and old underwear from previous reservation fell out of curtains. Called front desk to see if housekeeper could come. No one came. No one returned a phone call. All of the corners of the room were not vacuumed and appeared to have not been cleaned in some time.

Disappointed

This hotel was ok. There is no elevator so we had to carry our bags up the stairs the staff offered to move us to the first floor but there were several guests on that floor with pets and some in our party have allergies. The thermostat in both of our rooms did not work properly and the rooms were either terribly hot or freezing cold. There was no continental breakfast as there is at most Holiday Inns where we have stayed t This property would not be my first choice on a return visit especially at the price we paid.

Nice and clean

Very friendly and welcomingfront desk staff, room was clean and looked to be recently remodeled. Area is fairly quiet. Only bad comment, we didn't appreciate housekeeping knocking at 9am.
