First hotel I've stayed in that does not have curtains that can fully close. Because they put the heat pump in front of the window you can't close the curtains which lets in light from the streetlights and morning light. Also the bathroom sink and counter was in the room itself instead of the bathroom which was super weird. I wouldn't book this if you are looking for a private or romantic time or want a fully dark room to sleep in.

Skip this hotel. The floors were sticky in our room, the air conditioner was cracked, the furniture was beat up, and the toilet had cigarette burn stains all over it. The shower also hardly worked. Breakfast is very limited and not stocked up/seemed very unclean. This place is right next to a gas station, there were sketchy people wandering around the hotel parking lot, clearly car prowling. I would not stay here with my family again.

It saved us from another horrible hotel, that another online hotel put us at. That place was unsafe, dirty hotel. Expedia saved us by finding us this Best Western. It was safe, comfy and they have shampoo, conditioner in pump bottles no little travel size that wont wash long hair. Their breakfast food was pretty good also. Thank you Best Western and Expedia.

An Impressive Facility
We stayed here several years ago when they first opened, and upon walking in recently we were stunned at how new the facility still looked and felt. Very pleasant front desk staff, well sized and appointed room, and the complimentary breakfast set a new benchmark in flavor and options. We had a room that faced the highway, and you couldn't hear the traffic unless you had everything off and *really* tried to listen for it. Impressive job on window and insulation choices to prevent ambient noise from the highway negatively impacting our stay. Only oddity/demerit is their assigned motorcycle parking spots. They're in an odd part of the parking lot with a pitch/slope/width that they're borderline unusable for most modern bikes. We ended up using a "normal" spot on a flatter surface, and noticed other riders did as well. This hotel is just north of a major shopping plaza, and is within walking distance of several restaurants.

Only cleaning the rooms once every 5 days and having to ask twice for fresh towels, a broken smoke / fire alarm , and no utensils, no paper or note pads or pens just are not the thinks that generate a comfortable or enjoyable experience.
